Lemon Pepper Chicken with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs if preferred)
- 2 tablespoons Spice Professor Lemon Pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon (plus extra slices for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional for extra zing)
Instructions:
- Season the Chicken:
Pat the chicken dry and generously coat both sides with Spice Professor’s Lemon Pepper and salt. - Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and sear 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. - Add Lemon Juice & Zest:
Stir in lemon juice and zest (if using). Let simmer for 1 minute. - Combine & Serve:
Return the chicken to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over it and cook for 2 more minutes, letting it soak in the flavors. Sprinkle with parsley.

- Add a side salad with a citrus vinaigrette for a refreshing combo.
