
ISRAELI HAWAIJ
Traditional Hawaij Blend: Great to make soups, stew, fish, or chicken
Ingredients: Turmeric, black pepper, cloves, cardamom, coriander, cumin, Mustard Seeds, Fennel, Fenugreek, & Spices.

Cut a whole cauliflower horizontally into about 4 or five large slabs. Lay on a foil lined pan coated w olive oil. Surround with cut up red onions and red peppers. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle hawaij over it all. Roast till edges are a bit browned. SUPERDELISH!
Cube up some eggplant, add butter and oil to pan and cook until golden brown. Add the Israeli Hawaij spice and cover. Let sit for 5 mins. Its amazing.
You could also add pretty much any vegetable to this dish but the eggplant really captures the flavor of this seasoning with every bite.
