My sister and I were in New York in November and stopped in the Bryant Park kiosk and bought the Smoked Paprika and Ras El Hanout!!! I brought it to work and the chefs devoured it and used it on ribs, chicken, in soup and I used mine in a pumpkin bisque I made for Thanksgiving. I cannot believe I am almost out!!!! Incredible!!! I will be buying more
I make Moroccan Soup quite often. This time I made my usual chicken soup & added the Ras El Hanout. It was delicious - more lightly flavored than Moroccan Soup cooked with all of the individual spices. It was a nice change & gave me an idea of other ways to use the Ras El Hanout.
By far the best one I ever had. I use it for everything soup, chili, ribs steak all kinds of meat and some fish.... Love it.
First bought at Bryant Park and have been ordering on line since. Great in chicken or pork or whatever you want for a subtle flavor
