My husband loves African Bird Pepper. We bought some 2 years ago from you. Little did I know he has been out since May. I guess it is time to order the largest you have. Knowing my husband it will only last 3 months.
LOVE this and have gifted it to several friends and family members. As previous reviewer noted, it is hotter than cayenne (a good thing for us spice addicts) but has a lovely sweet, smoky flavor.
It's so hot. But the taste is nice otherwise

I love this spice. It has the right blend of all the herbs that make up Herbs De Provence; not too heavy on the rosemary or oregano. I love that the lavender comes through a little bit more without overpowering the spice as a whole.

I make Moroccan Soup quite often. This time I made my usual chicken soup & added the Ras El Hanout. It was delicious - more lightly flavored than Moroccan Soup cooked with all of the individual spices. It was a nice change & gave me an idea of other ways to use the Ras El Hanout.
By far the best one I ever had. I use it for everything soup, chili, ribs steak all kinds of meat and some fish.... Love it.
